Your new heat pump* comes with a 2-year guarantee as standard. However, for Vaillant air source heat pumps, we offer a range of Cover and Care packages to extend your guarantee for additional peace of mind.
Our Cover and Care packages bundle together everything you need to support your new heat pump now and into the future:
In the first year, you'll receive an initial check by one of our dedicated engineers, which we call an Appliance Function Check (AFC). It's a bit like a one-off MOT for a car, which will ensure everything is working as it should be and is set up to meet your heating needs.
In the second year and for the remaining duration of your chosen plan, you'll get an annual service to maintain your guarantee and give you peace of mind that your system is running efficiently and resolve any issues that might cause a future breakdown.
If anything does go wrong, we've got you covered with our dedicated Vaillant engineers on hand to get you back up and running.
*To qualify for a Cover and Care Package, your heat pump must be less than 6 months old and have been registered within 30 days.
